Shipping policy

All cake tins are created using milk chocolate or white chocolate ganache shell. Each cake tin is packed with an ice brix and a cold bag. However; they may experience moderate to severe melting or possible cracking during transit, especially during the summer or warmer temperatures. This is normal and is beyond the company's control. It will not compromise the freshness of the cake. 

All cake tins are shipped via UPS ground. The company is not responsible for any damages or mishandling that may occur during transit. The boxes will be labels as perishable and fragile. 

Production time is up to 10 business days. Cake tins will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner.
