Shipping Disclaimer

All cake tins are created using a milk chocolate or white chocolate ganache shell. Each cake tin is packed with an ice pack and an insulated thermal cold bag. However; they may experience moderate to severe melting or possible cracking during transit, especially during the summer or warmer temperatures. This is normal and is beyond the company's control. It will not compromise the freshness of the cake. 

Gourmet Cookies, Pralines and Peanut Butter Delights may contain chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, or chocolate morsels. These could possible melt in the warmer months. However, it will not compromise the deliciousness of the cookie.  

We only use UPS for shipping. UPS ground is our standard method; however, we will offer next day for an additional fee. The company is not responsible for any damages or mishandling that may occur during transit. The shipping boxes are labeled as perishable and fragile.

Production time is up to 10 business days. All orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner.
