Nicci’s Sweet Treats is a home based bakery. We are an uninspected and unlicensed facility. Your dessert was prepared and baked in a home that also bakes with nuts and/or nut based products. We do not offer refunds or credits. If your dessert is mailed, we are not responsible for the condition your desserts are in when they arrive. However, we will ensure your dessert is packaged properly, once the product leaves our hands we have no control of the handling...we can’t control the mail handlers.

All cake tins are created using a milk chocolate or white chocolate ganache shell. Each cake tin is packed with an ice pack and a cold bag. However; they may experience moderate to severe melting or possibly cracking during transit, especially during the summer or warmer temperatures. This is normal and is beyond the company's control.

Cookies may contain chocolate chips or chocolate chunks. These could possibly melt during the hotter months. Cookies may also break during transit. However, it will not compromise the integrity of the cookies.

We ship our products via UPS only. We have a flat shipping fee with a 2-3 day delivery. UPS express is offered for an additional fee. The company is not responsible for any damages or mishandling that may occur during transit. Each shipping box is labeled as perishable and fragile. 

Production time is up to 10 business days. Items are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner.
